I decided I want to remove the welcome message. But how do your remove or change the welcome message. This tutorial will explain how to do it.
Welcome message on my front page
We need to get into the websites admin (backend) section. When you have logged in the admin section, click the menu button and then 'Main Menu'
Select 'Main Menu
In the Menu Item Manager (mainmenu) page
click the 'Home' menu listing
In the Home editing page on the right hand side click the 'Parameters - System tab.
You will notice the Page Title in my case is 'Welcome to Fandangle'
You have 2 choices here;
1. Change the page title to what ever you want
2. Remove it completely by selecting 'No' for Show Page Title
You then need to save your changes clicking the save button on the top right hand side of the page.
Now go to your websites home page.
Wella... It has either been changed or completely removed.
