I used to create static web pages for my website. It involved designing each page on my website individually which was a job and a half. Then if I added a new menu for the website for a particular page, I had to go to every page and make changes to add the new menu. As I said earlier Joomla is free. If you already have a website and want to upgrade to Joomla, you can ask your ISP (Internet Service Provider) if they can install it for you.
